National Development and Brian Kavoogian formed Charles River Realty Investors, LLC to sponsor a series of funds to invest in value-added and opportunistic real estate transactions on behalf of institutions and high net worth individuals. The firm's $200 million fund has invested in projects sponsored by National Development and other high quality real estate firms.
