RECENT PROJECT EXPERIENCE
Most recently, directed the permitting of the retail redevelopment of 112 Commerce Way in Woburn, a Boston Sport Club at MetroNorth Corporate Center and a new Lowe's at Connector Park in Lowell. Was responsible for the development and construction of both MetroNorth Corporate Center and MetroNorth Retail Center in Woburn. Has designed and permitted office, warehouse, retail and assisted living facilities for the firm.
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
Guest lecturer at MIT Center for Real Estate and MIT Department of Civil Engineering; Member, Real Estate Finance Association of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board; NAIOP.
CHARITABLE AND COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES
Mentors Tufts graduates interested in careers in real estate. Participates and supports Girls Scouts, Boy Scouts, St. Mary's Parish of Holliston and numerous friends/riders involved in Pan Mass Challenge, MS and Cystic Fibrosis.
FAVORITE SPARE TIME ACTIVITIES
Regular workouts, walking my dog Smokey on woodland trails, horseback riding, jazz piano, attending children's' concerts, horse shows, soccer, lacrosse and football games, watching professional football and soccer, skiing, reading, cooking, gardening and constantly entertaining friends and family at home.
FACT PEOPLE WOULD BE SURPRISED TO KNOW
I am an experienced horseback rider who used to actively compete in dressage and eventing. I am also an accomplished cook, classical and jazz pianist.
WHAT I WANTED TO BE WHEN I GREW UP
Diplomat, veterinarian or a horticulturist. The seventh grade career test said insurance actuary or undertaker - no wonder I'm confused!
