RESPONSIBILITIES AND LEGAL EXPERIENCE
Supports and implements acquisition, financing, leasing, asset management activities of the firm.

Prior to joining National Development, represented a variety of real estate developers and owners in acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing and zoning and land use matters. Practice encompassed, among other things, projects involving downtown office buildings, suburban office parks, mixed-use developments, multifamily developments, university projects, assisted living facilities and nursing homes. Also represented banks, life insurance companies, pension funds, real estate investment trusts and other institutional lenders on all aspects of commercial real estate finance transactions.
