RECENT PROJECT EXPERIENCE
Specialize in large-scale mixed-use development and complex multi-jurisdictional permitting. Have been directly responsible for the development and/or permitting of over 10 million square feet of commercial, industrial, retail and residential space. Current projects include Station Landing (16 acres, 458 apartments, 75,000 s.f. of retail, 50,000 s.f. Boston Sports Club, 609-car garage expansion) and the Boston Herald redevelopment ($500 million mixed-use complex). Prior projects include Dunkin Donuts Northeast Distribution Center, the re-zoning and redevelopment of Hood Business Park and Solomon Pond Park.
