RECENT PROJECT EXPERIENCE
Oversees many of National Development's major mixed-use projects including Station Landing, Meadow Walk at Lynnfield, Woodland Station, Arborpoint at Seven Springs, Boston Herald and Reading Woods. Has been involved in permitting and developing projects in thirty different communities over 20+ years. Dreams up wild ideas for out of the box company websites.

Chairman of the Board, Worcester Tornadoes minor league professional baseball team; Past board chair and president, National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (Massachusetts Chapter); Member, Congress for New Urbanism; frequent speaker on real estate including at Boston College Law School, Boston University School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Tufts University and professional organizations.

CHARITABLE AND COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES
Board Member, Tufts University Development Corporation; Vice Chairman of the Board, Tufts University Hillel Foundation; Co-Chairman, NEWTURF committee to build a major field complex in Newton; Chairman, Land Use Committee, City of Newton Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee; Founding Member, Real Estate Council of B’nai B’rith Housing of New England; Co-chairman, Newton Metrowest Basketball; Youth basketball and soccer coach for 18 years.

FAVORITE SPARE TIME ACTIVITIES
My favorite activities are watching my kids compete in various sports, coaching basketball and walking my two high speed dachshunds. I have had Celtics season tickets for over twenty-five years.

There is nothing I like more than taking my bike to some far off corner of the world each summer.
